Kalimpong: Brigadier H.P.S. Dhillon, who has been transferred to Delhi as Deputy General-Officer-Commanding, Delhi area, was felicitated by residents here on Thursday. The brigadier had lent his support to many local issues and had bridged the gap between the army and the civilians.
