Kalimpong boy, Executive VP of Minnesota Labour Union
I received this email from a reader which I would like to share with everyone:

Here in Minnesota, USA, is a Kalimpong born native - Jigme Ugen who has created history - not only was he the first Tibetan to be elected Officer in the entire US labor history but he could very well be the first Indian born, too.
